All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

Helen and Mae currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Partial Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster processing and delivery. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in locating your package.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Helen and Mae is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
